Yes, we provide up to 2 full days of training free of charge, either at your office or at our office in Peterborough. Is there any support from Pebble once I start selling online?

Not necessarily. We have customers who have call to order functionality, but most automate the process by taking payments online. Setting up a payment gateway is fairly simple and we will help you along the way.
Will I be able to accept PayPal/Google Checkout Payments in your online solution?
Yes you can, no problem. If you choose these you do not even need a payment gateway.
I already have a website that sells online, can you import these products?
Yes, we do this all the time and are on hand to help you.
Can I host the e-commerce store as I already have hosting space?
Yes you can, you are not tied into using our hosting providers.
What about my domain name - I already have one?
This is no problem, we will work with you to get your domain name pointing to the right place.
How long does it take to start selling online?
This is based on many factors, but we aim to have our clients up and running, making money within 2-3 weeks (depending on complexity). We normally have the framework up and running within just a few days.
