About Essential Business Coaching

Susan Lane Shaw works with MDs, sole traders, directors and senior managers to help them gain awareness of business practices and patterns so they can make informed choices, take right action and achieve their goal and visions.
Her coaching programmes - all designed to match the client's needs include: Individual Coaching for the owner/MD, Performance Enhancement Coaching, Short Burst - High Impact Coaching, Small Group Coaching, and Strategic Management Team Development are bespoke to provide the specific intended outcome and results for each client.

With a focus on listening to her client and using a variety of interactive techniques and strategies, she helps her client find solutions to challenges; solutions that are aligned with the client's internal values. Like any good coach Susan refines and enhances the most effective, efficient practices for growth and development, while the client continues to remains the expert in her/his business.

For ten years Susan was owner of her own consulting company and was MD of a multi-level Retirement Community before joining Michael Gerber at E-Myth Worldwide where for over 5 years she delivered The Mastery Program and trained E-Myth coaches worldwide.

She came to the UK to provide Strategic Management Development and in 2006 established her own Coaching Practice, Essential Business Coaching. Her experience as both a business owner and as a senior coach and trainer for an internationally recognised small business guru gave her the ability to provide solutions that are based on a history of success.

She knows that there are many choices to be made in business and recognises that having a professional, dedicated coach can make the difference between having a business that is filled with frustration and lacking creative passion and having one that is a successful vehicle for life. Her upbeat, can-do approach provides the motivation, support and excitement of taking your business to an unexpected level while enjoying it.
