When my Web designer left to retire, I thought I would struggle to find another company that installed the same amount of confidence. However, when I found Pebble Ltd, I was pleasantly surprised.

I approached them as my contact page was faulty. Firstly, I was complimented on my website but they mentioned that it could do with a few tweaks to update it and to utilise new technologies.

After checking the proofs and finding no issues, seven days after my initial meeting, my new website was up, running and I believe, even better than the original. It is fully readable on smart phones and with the extra tweaks Pebble Ltd made my website is quicker and easier to read.

Initially we gave Pebble a brief of what we wanted from our website. They took this on board and went away to work on our ideas. We were then presented with various different designs and layouts that were well thought out, professionally done and they had obviously put some time and effort into matching the service we are selling with visuals that complemented it perfectly. After an initial meeting, the guys at Pebble helped us to structure these visuals into the different pages and advised us on all aspects of how the site should should work. This helped us to quickly make key decisions regarding all aspects of the site. The site was built and after a few minor tweaks we were up and running and looking good. OXX Digital

Initially provided Pebble with the visual identity documents of OXX Digital, with a concern if Pebble could deliver the amount of customisation that our website required. After the first meeting, where the guys from Pebble visited us in Denmark, it was clear they could handle the task, as they provided us with a detailed build up plan. Additionally they suggested functions in the back-end CMS system that we had not specified in the guide, that they thought would streamline the end result. After the initial meeting Pebble provided a staging page that we could build up on, with the basic requirements covered from the style guide. It was nice to have something so fast, to work from. All through the process I never felt to be pushed in the background, every mail and call was answered very fast and thereby created a very smooth and fast flow. This was also the case when we decided to add a webshop to our Danish site after the initial launch of the main site. The progress from decision to completion, went very fast with superb support from Pebble.
The end product that we ended up with is very easy to administrate, and this was very obvious when I needed to go on holiday this summer, and needed a colleague in the office to maintain the website through the CMS system, while I was away. I thought I needed several hours of educating him, but this was not necessary. He played around the system by himself and could easily use it without my help. I was very pleased, as one of our goals was to make a CMS system without a steep learning curve. We enjoy working with Pebble as we really feel that they have delivered a product that we can be proud of, and they are interested keeping long term customers, by giving great support.
