After being in business for a few years our website needed to be freshened up and we wanted to get onto the first page of Google. Pebble Ltd were excellent to deal with over the phone and clearly explained what was needed to re-work our website in order to successfully run a SEO campaign to get onto Google page 1. Our website was rewritten very quickly and after a few months we achieved page 1 and page 2 of Google with 2 different key words. Now we are able to manage our website more often and have control of the content on a regular basis using the pebble CMS solution.
Again Pebble Ltd provided and quick turnaround for the work and we can change the content on our website anytime we like. We also use Pebble for our email, we have access to this via webmail and also using outlook with POP/SMTP setup. This runs without hitch and anytime we have a new staff member we can get a new email address within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Pebble to any other business if they are considering any type of website work.

I initially approached Pebble ltd after a very good recommendation from a friend, I was interested in investing in my business and a website was at the top of my list. Due to not being very computer minded and only being a very small business i had various concerns as to whether a website would be a viable option.
After my first meeting with David and David all my concerns were put to rest. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really shone through and they had a genuine interest in creating the right image for my business. I was after a simple but informative and professional looking website, that would explain my services to potential customers in an understandable way. What Pebble came up with was far beyond my expectations.
The speed and quality of their work was fantastic, with several mock-up pages being completed in around a day, and the full site going live within a month. Back up was also commendable with all my questions being answered almost instantly.
I look forward to dealing with Pebble again, when more photos and client testimonials will be added to my site, and hopefully as my business grows my website will also grow.

Just got done reading my Pebble SEO report, and I must say that this service is incredible. The report is compiled into a .pdf format for easy reading, and it also has an index and a summarised report on which areas to improve on, following by a very detailed report. My report was 60 pages long, very good for the price you will pay for it. The report gives you very specific instructions on what to do to improve you website in simple, plain vocabulary.
I was extremely surprised to find that my website was actually 95% ready to be in Google's top 10. I'm somewhat new to the whole area of SEO, but it looks to see that I am going in the right direction. The report that you will get is 200% worth the money you will spend, as it will greatly increase your website's appearance on search engines. I plan on doing what the report says to do, and hopefully get my site listed on Google's top 10 for my keyword!

After many years of business with Pebble, I’m pleased to report once again how happy we are with the service and back-up we have received.
Technical support is second to none, as we pride ourselves in updating our website on a daily basis we rely heavily on being able to capture as many customers as possible, as most people are aware that web based advertising is a market leader due to our "continental" working life style, a catchy website that is easy to navigate will always work to your advantage.
The new updated CMS is so much easier to use therefore allowing more time for staff to work the system to their advantage, photos are uploaded with ease and efficiency, Pebble & their team are also keen to help us with any new improvements to make our website more user friendly both front end & back end work to keep things as simple as possible.

Having been online for many years with our trusted and well developed kitchens and worktops web site I met David from Pebble and wanted his innovative product straight away. The SEO potential is very interesting and this alone was a good enough reason to take on his E-commerce solution before I was showed all the extra visitor reporting, promotions, Google analytics statistics, backups, invoicing and revenue reporting that this fantastic cart offers that are all within the site. The set up, importing of products and migration including Sage Pay has been scarily easy making we wonder when the hard work would start but its been very easy (and exiting) David and the team are great and you can email them evenings and weekends and if they are to hand they will answer or even phone you back and talk you through and suggest marketing spin and tricks to take your customers on an effortless buying journey. I am very impressed with the search tool that works so well, invoicing rendering my Sage accounting package redundant and the fact I can change the pages, product categories and offer discount to different tier levels of trade customers opting for different products on different levels for same customers as well as post code related discounted delivery rates. The site went live this week and all the staff can log in and amend live on the site and we can see who made what amendments as the site gets feedback constantly improving it and altering discounts and promoting products for the better. I initially provided Pebble with the visual identity documents of OXX Digital, with a concern if Pebble could deliver the amount of customization that our website required. After the first meeting, where the guys from Pebble visited us in Denmark, it was clear they could handle the task, as they provided us with a detailed build up plan.
Additionally they suggested functions in the backend CMS system that we have not specified in the guide, that they thought would streamline the end result.
After initial meeting Pebble provided a staging page that we could build up on, with the basic requirements covered from the style guide. It was nice to have something so fast, to work from. All through the process I never felt to be pushed in the background, every mail and call was answered very fast and thereby created a very smooth and fast flow. This was also the case when we decided to add a webshop to our Danish site after the initial launch of the main site. The progress from decision to completion, went very fast with superb support from Pebble
The end product that we ended up with is very easy to administrate, and this was very obvious when I need to go on holiday this summer, and needed a colleague in the office to maintain the website through the CMS system, while I was away. I thought I needed several hours of educating him, but this was not necessary. He played around the system by himself and could easily use it without my help. I was very pleased, as one of our goals was to make a CMS system without a steep learning curve.
We enjoy working with Pebble as we really feel that they have delivered a product that we can be proud off, and they are interested keeping long term costumers, by giving great support.

Committing to a website designer requires a lot of trust. After all, you are parting with a lot of your hard earned cash, with high expectations.
