Someone recently mentioned to me that my website was loading very slowly; this is a huge mistake when attracting new customers as we all know if the website takes too long to load we will by pass it. Everyone’s time is too valuable.A quick word with Pebble and within 1 hour I was told exactly why my website was running so slow. I had a problem with my emails and asked David for some advice as my current email hosting company were not always available. David not only explained the solution he spoke to my provider and sorted out the issue directly. At that point I decided to move all my email hosting over to Pebble Ltd. There have been no problems with the switch over and in fact last week when I got a new mobile David was on hand to help me set up my emails correctly on the phone. Everything I have asked of Davids company they have delivered and nothing ever seems to much trouble. I wanted to build a directory and had gone the Indian route originally as I felt it was straightforward enough to communicate long distance. Never again, a total waste of time and money! So after recovering, I contacted a few Peterborough web design agencies, but obviously some didn't need the work. Of the replies I received however were Pebble and right from the start I knew they were excellent. I went to meet David and straight away felt he understood what I was trying to do. As we started work on the project, where others would shortcut and say 'Oh that is alright' in order to save themselves extra work, David didn't and would even suggest brilliant alternatives which would probably mean more work for him. I felt he wanted to do as good a job as he could and had a pride in all the work he did. Every issue I found as it was my job to try to break the code David timely fixed until I hope we now have a very robust working directory. I intend to use Pebble again and would HIGHLY reccommend them.

Where do I start !! Started work with someone else who had been recommended to me but progress was slow and not very responsive. I stumbled across Pebble Ltd when I did a quick search - what a lucky find . Rang up, David took me through it all, explaining it clearly to someone who doesn't understand about such things!! Just that initial phone call alone put me at ease and convinced me that I had to engage with Pebble Ltd. The whole process of setting up a company can be quite daunting but this part of the exercise was made as painless as it could get. After recently being unceremoniously dumped by BT hosting of my website, you and David came to my rescue. Not only sorting out the hosting but totally redesigning and rebuilding my website from scratch. As I warned you, us designer types are a fussier bunch and to get the right design may take some time; this did not phase you in fact you encouraged me to be pedantic. Now, that the website is live I am ecstatic with the image it portrays for my business and its impact to attract new customers.

Already I have 6 new enquiries within the last 7 days. Everyone I direct to the new site are all impressed, great job Harry. It is without reservation I am more than happy to recommend you to all my work associates, friends, family and my fans on streetlife.

Since April 2016 we've re-designed our online shop & blog to improve our customer experience, introduced a new payment service now taking payments directly on the site and introduced a new online chat application. We've also started our cross-sell & up-sell campaign which is something we've wanted to do since launching the site in June 2015. We have lots more ideas/improvements in the pipeline to implement with Pebble over the coming months, a special thanks to David Millward!
