Since April 2016 we’ve re-designed our online shop & blog to improve our customer experience, introduced a new payment service now taking payments directly on the site and introduced a new online chat application. We’ve also started our cross-sell & up-sell campaign which is something we’ve wanted to do since launching the site in June 2015. We have lots more ideas/improvements in the pipeline to implement with Pebble over the coming months, a special thanks to David Millward!
